Photograph the nine-bend Moergel River from a high viewpoint; then head to Ergun to shoot autumn colors of Genhe Wetland. Stay in Ergun.
Pass Genhe Aoluguya Reindeer Tribe to photograph reindeer, cross the primitive Great Khingan forest, and reach Moerdaoga to shoot Bailu Island where the river makes a great horseshoe bend. Stay at Bailu Island/Moerdaoga.
Shoot the morning mist and sunrise at Bailu Island; then visit Qiqian village (a primitive Sino-Russian border village), pass Taiping Forest Farm, and arrive at Linjiang in the evening for the border river sunset. Stay in a Linjiang mukeleng.
Shoot the morning mist over the border river at Linjiang; then head to Shiwei Russian Ethnic Township for Sino-Russian border river views and log-house folk culture. Stay in Shiwei.
Cross along the Sino-Russian border defense road (from Jiuka to Wuka), photographing the border river, grasslands, wetlands and Taiji Bay; arrive at Heishantou in the evening for grassland sunset. Stay in Heishantou.
Shoot grassland sunrise at Heishantou; along the border road pass 186 Color-belt River and No.33 Wetland; reach Manzhouli to photograph Matryoshka Square, the National Gate and the city night view. Stay in Manzhouli.
Photograph the Manzhouli National Gate and Hulun Lake in the morning, then return to Hailar for airport/train transfer. Tour ends.
